Theodore NDATIMANA stands as an accomplished civil engineer, bringing valuable expertise to the role of assistant BIM Manager. His professional journey has seen him actively contributing to the field across residential, military, educational, and health buildings. Notably, Theodore has honed his skills at the renowned American design and build company, “MASS Group,” where he served as a BIM Engineer and Assistant Project Manager. 

His tenure at MASS involved spearheading flagship projects in Rwanda, characterized by the efficient utilization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. 

One of the notable projects Theodore handled is the Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture (RICA), and he also worked on the same possition on the project of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund’s home in Rwanda (the new Ellen DeGeneres Campus), reflecting his commitment to innovative engineering solutions. 

Within this dynamic environment, he cultivated a high-performing spirit, adapting to the evolving landscape of BIM technology. His multifaceted role as a BIM Engineer and Assistant Project Manager underscores his proficiency not only in the technical aspects of BIM but also in the strategic and managerial facets of overseeing significant projects.
