Eng. Theogene is a highly capable and committed water engineer with a proven track record of providing great customer service and keen attention to detail. A skilled multitasker who can use specialized design tools to quickly and accurately address a large number of water systems concerns. Able to develop, model, analyze, and plan intricate hydrological engineering ideas in a way that is both clear and understandable to a variety of professional and lay audiences.

He is renowned throughout the nation for managing significant projects. He was a design engineer for the design, rehabilitation, upgrading, and extension of the water supply network in the Nyagatare district and its peri-urban areas for the Chinese mega-company CCECC.

Additionally, he has worked with HICE Consult as a CAD and hydraulic designer for the design, rehabilitation, upgrading, and extension of the city of Kigali’s water supply network. now he is working as CAD and GIS Engineer at CHARIS UAS where his daily job is to produce topographic maps, Orthophoto maps and other maps needed for different projects,  process and Filter drone raw data for different projects, take the Ground control points (GCP) on site of different projects for checking the accuracy of drone data.

His extensive knowledge of and experience with Bentley products, such as WaterCAD and WaterGEMS, caused Nziza to contract him as a water distribution systems design instructor. as we are authorized by Bentley in Rwanda, Theogene had to go through a lengthy training and certification process by Bentley before being at the level required at Nziza.
