DESCRIPTION

Nziza Training Academy, the only professional training and skills development center for engineers and architects in Rwanda is looking for engineers in different engineering sectors to engage in the skills development of the country.
We aim to maximally contribute to Rwanda’s skilled labor development and end skilled labor import by 2035 in the country. If you are qualified, you should be happy to join the move!

In May 2021, we secured an accreditation of Autodesk (world’s biggest brand in make and technology industry) as a learning partner in the territory of Rwanda.
Among the allowances we have; include provision of access to all products of Autodesk. It is in that line; we are looking for engineers in different areas of engineering as listed in the next paragraphs.

Currently, we provide high-level skills on the use of latest CAD and BIM technology in only three domains that are: architectural design, structural engineering and construction management. As each of the accreditations we secure comes with its benefits to the country, the one from Autodesk allows us to open the design training in other areas where Autodesk has products. We come to know that to develop this country we need to forge highly trained design professionals who can handle any project, anywhere in any sector of engineering no matter what.

In which sectors are we targeting?

What is the aim of this call?

We are doing whatever it takes to upgrade the skills of local professionals to international competing level. This call will help us get different resumes from different professionals with different exposures. That will help us increase the number of local people to advance the development of the capacity, knowledge and quality of individuals on the use of industry’s leading design technologies in engineering market of Rwanda.

Are you the one we are looking for?

If you have a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in using any CAD/CAE/BIM/CAM software in design project delivery in any of above mentioned sectors. Yes, you are the one we are looking for!

How we will do the selection.

We will consider the experience had in using design technology tools and projects delivered but those with knowledge on Autodesk products will be privileged.

What are the benefits?

1. We will give you an access to the licensed Autodesk software that is used in your industry for free.
2. If we find your experience enough on the use of Autodesk products, we will help you become Autodesk Certified Instructor (ACI) directly.
   If you have experience on non-Autodesk products and have to learn Autodesk products from scratch, we will guide you to the right training sources that will qualify you to become an ACI.
3. We will hire you permanently or seasonally depending on the sector of engineering you will represent. This will give you a platform to connect with over 170 professional engineers that are already in our network to enable you contribute to the skills development of the country which will lead our country to self-reliance in engineering too.

NB: You will have to sign an agreement with us before having any of the above benefits.

Send your CV to education@nzizatraining.ac.rw once you dominate others, we will call you.

Does this have a deadline?

No, it doesn’t have an exact deadline.
Any sector we will find the right person to confirm, we will delete it on the aforementioned list of engineering sectors where we need people to join.
